Sub-processors

These are the providers PayPathIQ Limited uses to process personal data on behalf of our clients. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection and security obligations at least as strict as ours.

Payment providers
Card payments are taken by the client's own payment provider, such as Stripe or Global Payments, under the client's own agreement with that provider. The payment provider acts for the client, not as our sub-processor, and card details are entered only on its hosted page.
Changes to this list
We will tell clients at least 30 days before we add or replace a sub-processor, and update the date at the top of this page. A client may object on reasonable data protection grounds. If we cannot resolve the objection, the client may end the affected service.
